Our Caves Road pipeline upgrade will get underway next week, with works set to commence on Monday 3 February. This important infrastructure project will see 1.2km of new 560mm outer diameter Polyethylene water supply pipeline constructed along Caves Road from Lennox Drain to Marybrook Drain over the next four months. Busselton Water’s Plant 4 supplies treated water to the local area and westward to Dunsborough. Population growth and associated land development in the region has led to an increase in Busselton Water’s water supply requirements – and the existing Plant 4 storage tank is not sufficient to meet future forecasted peak supply demands.
