Customer Survey 2025 – Help us improve, we’re listening

We’re pleased to have today launched the Busselton Water Customer Survey 2025 – and we’re calling on all of our customers to take this opportunity to have your say on our local water service.

The simple but comprehensive survey should take no more than 10-minutes to complete and includes questions about a range of areas including water supply services, account payments, communication with our customers, and service interruptions.

The first 100 customers to complete the survey will receive a $20 credit on their Busselton Water account, and everyone who completes the survey before Wednesday 14 May will go in the draw to win one of three major prizes of a $650 credit on their Busselton Water account – that’s the average annual water charge (including service charge plus water usage).

Busselton Water Chief Executive Officer David Hughes-Owen says the biennial survey is an important part of our commitment to continually improve customer service and seek feedback from customers about what they value.

“We’re eager to hear from our customers about where we’re doing well, where we could do better, and ultimately how we can improve our services,” adds Mr Hughes-Owen.

The survey is open until Wednesday 14 May 2025.

You can complete the Busselton Water Customer Survey 2025 online, and hard copies of the survey will also be available from Busselton Water’s Administration Centre (1 Fairbairn Road Busselton) during office hours.
